Everyone loves burgers and everyone has their own ways of enjoying them. I’ve never realized how many different burger joints have been popping up all around the city. It will take awhile to try them all, but before I start on that endeavor, I wanted to try this burger place in Brooklyn. I don’t travel to Brooklyn that often, so I wanted to make sure I got a taste of what Brooklyn has to offer. For lunch, my friend and I decided to venture into this new burger place, Smashburger.
The atmosphere is somewhere between Shake Shack and Five Guys. An average Smashburger costs about $5 and the Big Smashburgers average $6. You can get a single patty burger at Shake Shack for a similar price but the double patty is at least $7. Once you start adding more toppings and sides, it’s not a cheap meal. But at Smashburger you can get everything you want, including shakes, for a reasonable price.
