It’s bold to open a hamburger joint around the corner from Shake Shack. Schnipper’s Quality Kitchen, on 23rd and Madison, does, however, stand out as unique with its high-quality, but decidedly low-stress, modern diner experience. The space, for one, is huge. The interior, with bountiful seating, exudes a clean, industrial aesthetic. Sleek metal chairs surround rustic wooden tables and the walls are simple, but adorned with red accents.
